When I found out I had a possibility of working with Freshly Picked I was ecstatic. See I have become a fan of Shark Tank and was familiar with the product and how they started their business. I was never crazy about shoes for the boys, but now having a girl is a whole different ballgame. So I was BEYOND EXCITED when I received the pair of Freshly Picked moccasins for Grace to test and for the review. I got them in the Frosted Rose, which is like a baby pink in a metallic finish (perfect for the holidays!!).
The first thing I noticed, is that they are super soft. Beyond the softest shoe I’ve ever felt for a baby. They are simple, consisting of a couple of panels and the fringe, made of leather. They also have an elastic to make sure that the shoe will not fall off. This was my favorite feature, because tots are always kicking their shoes off and these are so comfortable that she didn’t even try to take it off. She actually fell asleep with them.
It was a bit hard to choose a size, because the website goes by inches. Definitely have to measure the kids feet to figure out what size. The shoes are perfect for winter because they feel soft enough like socks but give them that extra layer of protection. I know the price sometimes throws mammas off as they retail for about $60, but for a 100% leather and they are designed by a mom and it’s a mom owned company.
I think this is a high quality, special shoe. The soft bottom is perfect for little feet to breathe. They stay put and the leather really makes them durable.
