Looking for a super easy summer treat?? I got the perfect solution. I usually have trouble following Pinterest recipes, but this one definitely caught my eye. It’s super easy and if you like ice cream is sure to please. Literally took less than 10 minutes to prepare this deliciousness and now is a staple every summer.

What you need:

-Ice cream sandwiches= I used a box of twelve for 3 “tiers”. You can pick whatever flavor you like, I just picked regular vanilla sandwiches.

-Cool Whip= or any other whipping topping of your liking.

-Caramel & Chocolate Syrup= I like chocolate and caramel, but you could so strawberry or skip the syrups all together. The best part of this easy recipe is that is 100% customizable.

This is what you do:

1. Pour some syrup in the bottom to make it stick. Then put 4 sandwiches down. You could also just use the cool whip.

2. Pour some syrup between layers and add 2 more layers of the sandwiches. (You should have 3 levels of 4 sandwiches each). Some of the recipes use ice cream in between the sandwiches.

3. Spread the Cool Whip like icing. Or you could use actual icing.

4. Squeeze some caramel and chocolate syrup for decoration.
